Meet Rachel
Rachel has been refining her craft in real estate-related industries for the last 20 years. With her roots planted deeply in business, sales, and design, she started her company Savvy in 2004. During that time, she worked for business owners, homeowners, and real estate agents, perfecting spaces and places to live, work, and sell, alike. It wasn’t long before she fell in love with the complex world of real estate. She hasn’t looked back since.
A five-star Realtor®, Rachel’s business is based mostly upon referrals. Five-star reviews and testimonials are a true testament to her passion for her clients and their success. She takes great care to understand and appreciate challenges and aspirations nearest to her client’s mind. In turn, they count on her to provide a straightforward approach, solid information, and realistic analysis of the important decisions they must make!
Rachel’s strong background in business management includes: troubleshooting failing locations throughout various states and providing continuing education for Realtors®, public speaking engagements, and start-ups. Rachel was a Leadership Midland grad in 2013 and each year she serves on a fundraising committee for charity. She has also served as an ambassador with the local chamber of commerce. Rachel knows the community; her network ranges far and wide. Presently, she holds the At Home with Diversity certification and the Accredited Buyer Representative designation provided by the National Association of Realtors®. These leadership skills translate nicely at the negotiating table.
Personally, Rachel is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter, currently raising a family of her own, and equally amazing twin sons, well on their way to becoming men while attending college. Without question, her children and grandchildren are her greatest joys. Her other joys include traveling throughout Michigan and beyond, having a fit lifestyle, the outdoors, and being active. Her passions include lending a helping hand, all aspects of design, creating art, mentoring, landscaping, and writing. Check out her MI Lifestyle section to consider awesome spaces and places to put on your calendar or any of her other blogs and insights.
If you’re interested in partnering with an agent, call Rachel and have her explain her process. You’ll be glad that you did.
